Why do you need Disk Cleaner?
For the first time I ask the question in another way: Why do you need disk clean up? And what to clean?
There is a lot of computer dust so it’s not a problem to find what it is necessary to clean. For example, you are an Internet admirer. You like to be engaged in web surfing, search for some information, visit entertaining sites and forums, etc. It seems to be nice. But there is a problem – after your web surfing a lot of “waste” appear on the PC, i.e. temporary Internet files which the system automatically keeps on the disk. You can be sure – the files don’t carry out any function, they are not necessary for neither system, nor you. But, as you guess, they also occupy disk space as well as usual files. For this reason I name all computer files which are senselessly kept on the disk as dust. And dust is known to be deleted.
Temporary Internet files are not a unique kind of PC dust. The classical representative are duplicate files. They are clones of the files kept on the computer and being of use for you. It is clear the clones don’t bring this advantage.
By the way if you knew how many dust the system for the purposes creates… Hundreds, thousand files scattered on all disk. Here are the only basic directories - Windows recent folder, Windows prefetch folder, Windows temp folder and Recycle Bin.
The list can be continued further but it is clear there is a lot of computer dust and it should be deleted. Eventually, you risk to spend megabytes and gigabytes of the disk space and decrease in an overall PC performance. Superfluous files are a superfluous work, aren’t they?
